Building a safe, healing space for caregivers, healthcare workers and first responders

Our Mission

Foster healing and holistic wellness for caregivers, healthcare workers, and first responders by providing a supportive environment, comprehensive wellness programs, and therapeutic services.

The Vision

Our space will be a sanctuary where caregivers can heal and thrive through specially curated programs and activities.

Engage in self-care programs like strength training, stretching, permaculture, thermocycling, animal therapy, meditation, meal preparation, mental health and spiritual programs.

Enhance your skills in a supportive environment.

Relax in a safe safe with colleagues who understand and empathize.

Learn about opportunities locally and abroad to foster wellness.

Who we serve

Caregivers, healthcare workers, and first responders answer the call to service others with duty, fortitude, strength, intelligence, and love.

A career of service in high-stress environments can lead to serious health consequences. Mental health disorders, physical health problems, behavioral consequences, and an impact on suicide rates are all measurably associates with chronic-stress environments, exposure to trauma, and emotional exhaustion.

While financial compensation provides for the basic needs of these workers, many lack essential resources to nurture their mind, body and spirt.
